What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made from soy wax with custom-blended fragrances, each one crafted specifically to match a mood. Explore our full collection under Shop by Mood!

How long do your candles burn?
Each candle has an approximate burn time of 40-50 hours, depending on usage and environment.

How much do candles cost, and is shipping included?
Each candle is $24. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95, with delivery typically taking 4-6 business days.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!

What's your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unlit candles within 30 days of delivery. If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or issue a full refund, even if it's been lit. See our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I choose the right scent for me?
Think about how you want to feel, Calm for relaxation, Cozy for warmth and comfort, or Romantic for something a little more intimate. Not sure? Feel free to email us and we're happy to help you pick!

Are your candles safe to use?
Yes, all Moodlit candles include standard safety warnings and are made with quality-tested materials. Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave them unattended.
